The owner is cheap but likes to act like she's not. So the job you get hired for will include the responsibilities of 4 other jobs. You'll be ask to do task but not given the tools to complete said task. The owner has NO IDEA what it takes to complete her projects but expects it to always take 20 mins. Be prepared to deal with someone who is rude, never wrong and the moment she arrives the mood shifts. Be prepared to be asked for your opinion but if you don't agree with her it's wrong. It's toxic and soul crushing management expects you to work 9-7 leaving at 5pm is considered early. Be prepared to be used as a personal assistant, ups etc. The constant micromanaging, verbal attacks and continuous changes in staff and procedures make it impossible to work for this company. EVERYTHING is done last minute or late which makes everyone stressed and unhappy. Management doesn't not communicate well and expects you to know exactly what she's thinking while not communicating it clearly to you so when you do one task just be prepared to do it 3 more times..
