Does not pay on time and withholds pay without notice The Upper Management- Ila Lane Gross is a horrible manager. She's completely unrealistic with how long things take or what they cost. She is rich and makes poor teaching artist lay out money for supplies for students and then refuses to pay but once a month. We barely make a living salary at this place and are expected to pay for the program supplies and then she will refuse to pay even once a month if paperwork isn't submitted by a certain date. I've submitted all my paperwork on time only to be told it isn't there because they are horribly organized and have not been paid for entire month's time plus expensive material supply costs. The organization has great staff but this woman is evil and takes all the credit for the hard work the staff does. She's a miserable woman that offers no support to her employees. She also pays on a consultant basis for work that is deemed a JOB by the New York State Labor Board.
