Don't work here I just want to say that the reason this place isn't a 1 rating is because they (the Yanceys) asked their employees and or friends to write good reviews after about 5 true negative ones came in. I should know, because they had asked me to write a nice review, too. This company is a joke! They don't empower women, they take their money and treat their employees poorly. Overworked and underpaid is an understatement! Which is why the turnover rate is so high. If someone quits, they don't fill that position... they just load all that work onto someone else, until that person quits and then find a new victim. There's no room to grow. There's no place to go career wise. Sure, they'll give you more responsibilities but they wont promote you or even recognize you. Sandra doesn't even acknowledge your existence unless she wants something from you. The cons could go on and on, but I'll just say this. Don't work here. It's not worth your time.
