Focusing on One Vertical of Business with Zero Advancement The Writing is On The Wall
They believe (Management / Owners) that you can pay an individual the bare minimum wage and expect them to live in Los Angeles (TODAY) in the LTL / 3PL Logistics World Hunting for new customers business. To focus on one vertical when every day another (Non Asset Based) Logistics company springs up like weeds (with much broader focus, better/smarter management and business plan) then you are already on a downward slope and the grade is getting steeper every year. When you decide to pay people an amount of money to keep them in servitude you are doing yourself a diservice not a benefit to the employee.
