Had to fight to get paid Disorganized, unlawful, rude. The app they require employees to use to clock in/out was not running for me during my first shift and no one informed me that I was to work a half shift instead of a full one, even though I was in contact with various management-level staff throughout that day, trying to ensure that I was doing things correctly. Well I had to fight with them to get them to pay me for those hours I worked but wasn't scheduled for.. or maybe I should say that I had to politely insist upon my rights while they rudely denied them. Eventually I was compensated for those hours but they never paid me for training which they said they would. I only worked one BA campaign for them, and I spoke to another employee who seemed to have positive experiences with Fusion so I'm not saying that everyone will experience what I went through.
