High staff turnover, staff overworked, micro-managing CEO, HR dept non-existent I learned very quickly that employees there are undervalued, overworked, and underpaid. Numerous staff often commented on how stressed out they were. There is very little room if any to improve upon current operations (there's kind of a "if it isn't broken, don't fix it" mentality). The CEO, Michael Roy, is an intense micro-manager. The staff was weirdly tense about affirming the importance of letting the CEO know EVERYTHING that was going on at all times and with every client. I also heard there was a lot of turnover and witnessed some staff members disappear abruptly with little to no mention of it by the CEO or other "higher-up" staff members. I remember when I looked at Clearview's website a year after I resigned, I only recognized half of the staff members featured (half of roughly 40 people). Even though the staff is around 40+ people or so, there is no HR department at all to take care of staff. Therapists might find themselves leading groups on therapies in which they never received any training. It's an odd place. Whether I was a potential employee or client, I'd go elsewhere.
