Hire to fire ( layoffs) As being a startup company the change is constant. At first it seemed nice and energetic but with time it started getting worst. Interior designer were changed to more of a customer service category with just asking few project related questions and then passing the project over to contractors and not touching the design at all and just passing on information. They had some target to meet and for that they had crazy hiring spree and then OOPS! The company figured out we did something wrong in hiring and now we gotta layoff. They randomly laid off people one fine morning and said there won't be any further just to find out within a month there was another and after a month one more.
