HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR!!!! There is so much negativity about this company: 1) They do not allow you to speak out against mangement 2) They are very bias in when it comes to some of the area managers 3) They will target you if they feel they cannot control you 4) The management of the funding department is ran entire by a puppet master. 5) They only want quiet employees if you are a loud person or talk loud they will right you up 6) They fund fraudulent auto loans with fake pay stubs, or as they like to call it historically unverifiable documents. Even after several employees speak out against it. 7) When the get yelled at by the CEO for booking fraud auto loans they always have a 'quick pow wow'. 8) If you are not a favorite employee the funding management will put road blocks in your way to make funding harder for you. 9) If you try to speak out against wrong doing you are fired instantly 10) They allow the higher ups to talk badly about employees in a public space where the potential employee could be listening (this has happened to me on several occasions. 11) If you are looking to be taken advantage of then this company is the one for you!!
