Horrible Company! BEWARE!! Management is condescending, training is non existent, no resources, you are micromanaged, there are constant changes in procedures, extremely high turnover rate. They are more worried about where they are going to go drink that night then help their associates. It is like being in High School, all over again. People, management included, pretend to care about you, your growth, your job, but are really just trying to get you to turn on your co workers. I have never worked in such a negative, backstabbing environment. Management cares about one thing, numbers...not you. BEWARE!!!
