Horrible company
Lots of gossip, and a large amount of disorganization in all aspects. The company pushes hard when they are cutting costs, and quality of the work being produced. Management has an idea of the issues, but the implementation process is atrocious, and under qualified to get it done. Shipping dates, and customer retention is a gross injustice in the wholesale department. Company CEO (not publicly traded company) and Designer are a whole other situation of concern. Messy, disorganized, irrational and very accusatory and take zero accountability for their actions. I hope that the company's culture has changed since, but with this many cons its hard to tell.
