Horrible Environment You are a commissioned employee, who is also a cleaning person, janitor and dish washer. You would think, with taking a huge chunk of their employees commissions, that they could provide a cleaning service for the salon. I didn?t get a license, to clean toilets! This salon is driven by numbers/quotas, as is evident by their double booking practices, prior to Covid. Their ?continuing education classes? are ridiculously elementary. Asking for time off is a joke. To say this management duo is unprofessional, is an understatement.
