PETTY company. To start: - They take Halloween very seriously. I was told I was not a "team player" during my annual review because I did not dress up on Halloween. I do not celebrate Halloween due to my religion. - You cannot go out for lunch in groups, they will say you are cliquey and will also bring this up during your review. - We had a snowstorm and the entire city/government shut down. My manager said I had no choice but to drive and come into the office. Their revenue is all that matters. They do not care about your personal life or your safety. - Many unprofessional team members/managers who yell that clearly have anger issues. Upper management turns a blind eye and no action is taken. They tolerate this kind of behavior. - Toxic culture. Lots of office gossip and cliques. - Upper Management needs training on how to manage effectively. They will hire anyone who has 20+ years experience in the direct mail or non-profit industry, regardless of if they are good managers or not. - Employees are very unhappy. Constant new hires due to employees quitting or getting fired
