Horrible place to work
Pathetically low salary with no raise, also no bonus. My supervisor rejected multiple requests from employees for getting a raise. DKC would never advocate for their employees. 2. Mgmt obviously didn't care about employees, they laid off people rather than cutting their own salary... 3. Passive-aggressive and workaholic supervisors and poor team structure 4. Boring work with no room for growing and career development
