Hostile, dirty environment and unpleasant staff Many employees are unconcerned with customer service, and are more interested in texting and talking to each other. Were not welcoming to change or new employees, and showed little interest in improving any kind of cleanliness standards or customer service. Generally low-class environment. Was paid under minimum wage, where tips were meant to supplement wages, however, the restaurant has one cash register, and thus the cashier earns the tips while everyone else in the preparation area gets to split them.
