It?s the Jeff Key Show Management just does Jeff?s dirty work. He either likes you or hates you and it will likely be very known. The last few months have gone from decent to awful. The treatment of employees in a time like this has been absolutely shocking. Employees are forced to still go into office even though all support for customers is done remote. Installers are still being flown around the US to pharmacies, not only putting themselves/families at risk but also the pharmacy workers, their patients (usually sick or elderly) AND Pioneer employees when the installers do report to the office. An installer who was unwilling to travel (because who wouldn?t be right now) was fired.... at the day we are all treated as replaceable and expendable as long as the company makes money and Jeff Key has his way. Be prepared to lose a good majority of the staff when this is all said and done.
