Its a Interviewers are nice but once you're hired? Who are you. Management does not care about you unless you've been there for at least 2 years in fact, you will be told that during an interview and reminded of that quite often. You have to stay later everyday while the boss leaves early. Management makes it very clear that they don't like when employees take PTO but the boss works from home and takes leisure trips often. There is ZERO room for growth, everyone who is there with time on their belt has been in the same position for a while. All in all, management makes it very clear that if you're not making them money, you're no one. You will be told that. There is no HR team or any type of employee wellness so employees are not protected and forced to stay in unconformable situations against a boss who threatens legal action against them should their be a discrepancy. Benefits are super basic and there are no employee perks. It's a very cold environment.
