Job seekers and investors beware! Company has been in business over 10 years without a single product or a shred of hope of ever having a product. Finance team lies to elderly, gullible people to get investments. For years and years management has promised products to investors without delivering. Patents are filed and grant proposals are submitted for ridiculous ideas that make no scientific sense, 10s of thousands of dollars are spent maintaining these useless patents yearly. Upper management has no knowledge of the medical device industry, nor any technical knowledge. Upper management?s requirements for products change daily. The company?s main product is based on input from one doctor. Company has terrible documentation system and almost no records of anything design related. The board of directors is all for show, they collect their pay and are non-responsive. Upper management cares more about having a nice office building and nice cars than having a product. Company?s technology is severely over-engineered and ambitious, to say the least. Upper management will degrade, demote, or fire employees in the open for all to hear. Upper management does not listen and talks over everyone, and insists on an office location near LAX, where no other medical device companies are, which forces most employees to commute long hours every day, and as a result, most employees are constantly very frustrated. Upper management insists on strict 8am-5pm hours, no flexibility (not even 5 minutes), which causes everyone to watch the clock and leave at 5:00 sharp everyday. No loyalty to employees, terrible benefits, and guilt trips when taking vacation or sick time. STAY AWAY.
