Legal Seretary I have been in the workforce and the corporate world for 20 years and I have never worked for a company that is so bad to it's employees. Some local recruiters won't even work with them anymore because their turnover rate is so high. They give you this great pitch of how amazing it is and in reality, it is the exact opposite, its horrific. The lead secretaries do nothing but talk behind all the legal secretaries backs, no one trusts them at all, you are pigeon-holed and can't even help other secretaries when needed unless you get permission. They actually have someone who walks around all day to make sure that you are not surfing the web while at work. If I can save one legal secretary from working there, than taking the time to write this review was worth it.
