Major disappointment, please do not consider working here
Below-market pay. Small stock option grants, with limited prospect of future value. Long hours. Remote team members treated differently than LA team. Antiquated remote work and time-off policies. Nearly all of the good people are gone. The rest are trying to leave. Major product, team, and direction changes *every 90 days* - including multiple rounds of major layoffs.
