Micromanagement, toxic environment, deceitful upper management ONLY six paid holidays a year. Lots of favoritism here..including supervisors in relationships with employees, on the same team, in the same office, promotions given to relatives by upper management. HR is a joke. Salary is extremely low for the amount of production expected. The goals are absolutely unobtainable - around 85-90% of the sales staff aren't meeting quota. Every two weeks there is a new-hire class, this alone should make you wonder - why is that? Do yourself a favor, do NOT waste your time here - you will dread coming into work every day. Oh, I forgot to mention that men have a VERY strict dress code whereas the females do not. Why are we wearing ties when we are making calls/answering phones in a call center? What year is it...oh yeah, 2020. No parking - only management and the IT staff get to park in the structure.
