Upper Management needs a complete rehaul. The company is unorganized and only interested in padding the pockets of the CEO. They moved customer support overseas and has went completely downhill since that happened. The Richmond crew was great to work with but let some good employees slip away and let others who have been there over 20 years be moved around to departments they should never be in. They keep adding and adding work to certain employees with no pay raise and deny OT which leaves people with work that is impossible to get done in the time it should be done in. Things got shady over the last few years and will just get worse unless they take the reins and get this mess of a company under control.
