Most terrible place to work, period. Working environment is extremely un-professinal. ? Owner has personality issues. Cheap and impulsive. Constantly using abusive and discriminate langauge to employees. ? Pay is terrible. No medical care, no benefits. No matter how many years you work for them, you are always on contract, without overtime pay. Minimum pay, for all type of jobs in the company. ? No career opportunities, you are wasting your time working here. The longer you work here, the harder you can find other better jobs ? The office/warehouse location is in a run-down 70 year old building in downtown LA. Not a safe area. ? Bad management, no business planning, has been struggling survive for years. They are lucky for even staying in business (Due to low pay to all employees) ? Ppl just keep leaving since no one wants to work here
