Need new management Disorganized and Poor Management Culture. Takes forever to solve an issue. Have to wait and wait to see changes. Felt like staff is not trusted with anything. Unless this culture is changed, no one can stay with them long term. I also felt like they do not fill enough necessary positions and fly by and who suffers the most? Front office, Back office, Doctors and other coordinators. They need good management to resolve issues on a long term basis, patching things around just does not work.
