Needs a lot of improvement Some coworkers aren't helpful, somewhat bratty, seem miserable working there, and will try to drag you down along with them. Their training is outdated, and no one seems to have ever been trained on the systems properly. Very disorganized. Not much room for growth. They're not fond of giving raises, and have a lot of favouritism to certain employees. They micromanage everything, and won't allow you to be independent in your work (in other words too controlling). They have times when they specifically pick on certain people, and at times you won't see much of them. They hardly listen to their employees, and will try to make you feel stupid for asking questions. They will use you for your knowledge, but won't give an opportunity to prove yourself. You would think the pay would be better, since it's Beverly hills, but it's simply not the case.
