Nepotism at It's Finest/Toxic Work Environment Lack of structure makes career driven people move on quickly due to no apparent ladder to climb. Little to no management or organization, Uneducated managers using their emotions and ego to make decisions. Traditional unfair hierarchy, nepotism at it's finest. There is a lack of people who have experience in apparel/ clothing manufacturing. Low pay and an intensely political environment. Management often forces good employees to resign or due to their lack of maturity or understanding of the business let good hard working people go. I wouldn't waste your time with this company, it's under new ownership and they take advantage of hardworking people and just kick them to the curb or force them out when they think they are no longer needed. Management doesn't know best and they fail to learn or show accountability. Unwilling to train on the job, will lie and tell you what ever you would like to hear just to keep you on the job until they can find a replacement. They will threaten you and some inappropriate behavior exists as well. Have to wear many hats for little pay!! Sexism and harassment behaviors among management/owners of the business with direct reports. No real HR department. Lack of listening among management.
