Never work for NowFloats Confusion. dunno where the company is going. Full Chaos. - As far as the software is concerned, the code quality is way too poor. Things just work (sometimes). - You've to be dead on the inside to work as a Software Developer at NowFloats they cheat their customers. - The working hours are way too poor and you have no life other than working at office 24/7. - No appreciation for hard work. - The working employees themselves hate the upper management. - There is always firefighting. Product is never stable.
