No leadership, no strategy, no job security No leadership from the management team. No strategy or communication about the future of the company. No job security as there are continuous rounds of redundancies every few months. Dishonest management team, e.g. new CEO promised a 2019 bonus then less than 2 months later said bonus would be zero. Management team and parent PE company do not care about employees. Annual bonus (if it happens) is paid over 5 years. No pay reviews for the past 18 months. Very low morale due to the above causing the majority of the high performing and knowledgeable people to leave. New CEO (David Sharpley) and parent company (Volaris/Constellation software) are the same CEO and parent company as Incognito Software Systems so worth looking at their reviews too
