PM's are put through disorganized projects with no direction from Jonathan. He has a hard time taking ownership for his mistakes and easily throws PM's under the bus for them. There is no structure to the business that would enable a smooth process for projects to happen. There are no weekly meetings or meetings at all to establish direction or goals for the company. Sara, the lead estimator is very passive and makes it hard to breathe in the office as she makes you believe Jonathan is constantly unhappy with your work ethic, without him ever directly approaching you. Work environment is stale and hard to stay motivated in with only a paycheck to work towards. There is no possibility to progress and move up in the company whatsoever. I can assure you that the pay does not compensate for the bad work environment and work load.
