Not a good place to work. Owners do not care about their employees. They will change procedures on a whim, then blame their staff when it doesn't work. They also lie, break promises, and treat the staff like dirt. Staff cannot even talk to each other or take breaks without being yelled at - and I literally mean yelled at.
