Not ethical and breaking many laws. I've worked in other home medical service companies like Option One, Silverado, and Hill-Rom . This is a hospice service that makes drivers clean and sterilize equipment that has just been picked up from a deceased patient 'in' their work truck and then redeliver to someone else. This needs to be done in the warehouse in a clean work place to be QC'd, sanitized, logged in to records, tagged, bagged and 'then' it can be allowed to go back out. On another note, they try not paying overtime, even though you worked more than eight hours in one day. Payroll guidelines are broken. You literally have to argue to try and get your money. Last but not least, there is a lot of gossip and favoritism. Not to mention affairs that every driver and office personal know about and the management seem to ignore. Everyone seems to know everyone's business. The funniest thing is that each and everyone will talk behind the other's back as soon as they go out for lunch, or if one is gone for the day. There is no teamwork whatsoever.
