Not so much... Treat you like a slave, had guys working on construction instead of doing IT work. Have no respect for you what so ever. Only bring in people from the stem program or if you are military and they can get a tax break. If you're not columbian you're treated like you're 2nd rate. You are talked down to and belittled. While there is a job shortage here in Orlando, look elsewhere for work. It's not worth it.
