Not the best CEO is cheap. Does not invest her money on much needed technology or job positions like HR . Worked as an hourly full time employee, however recieved texts after hours and during weekends regarding the job. As an hourly employee I do not get paid more than 12 dollars to deal with issues outside of office hours. CEO clearly doesn't understand this concept. The entire work experience was stressful . No wonder they are always hiring. Zero team work. Management has the audacity to tell employees that they have "train" them , when they fail to properly take their time to introduce them to the new job title. Management doesn't know how to manage.
