Not what it use to be I was the OG employee that started it all, I saw this place grow and I was so proud of the 3 amazing owners(jenn, dawn and karey). Unfortunately two years ago they hired a COO (Namrata Gupta) that?s when this company went down hill! Negative changes started to take place prices went up twice in 1year, hours were completely cut, OG Estheticians we?re leaving and the ordering protocols became more and more complicated. Also there has been several times where the product shelves were completely empty and little to no back bar products to do facials same with the linens(towels, headbands, pillow cases) you can say namrata is a penny pincher who wasn?t friendly, nobody likes her, and she only cares about money and couldn?t care about the employees and clients.
