Not worth it EVER Executive and lead producer are a couple, and both think very similarly and back each other up without fail.| - Read your contract carefully. They added various changes to mine before asking me to sign it in an attempt to get me to agree to things we did not discuss. When addressed, they claim it was discussed and agreed upon, and when pushed back they instantly offered to change it. They do this anytime you discuss anything official. They speak to you on the phone or over zoom, say one thing and then via email say something entirely different and claim you agreed to it. - They constantly yell at and belittle team members, refusing to take heated meetings offline and will raise their voice until you understand or agree to their demands in front of the entire team even if you politely ask to discuss the topic offline. They will not back down, even if other people are uncomfortable with the situation, instead pushing further with more force and more aggression until you agree to do what they ask. - They refuse to take no for an answer. It doesn?t matter what it is, how unreasonable it might be, or whether or not it can be or should be done. If it is not done to leadership?s expectations, expect to be reprimanded. - They will insist a teammate is wrong, even if said teammate shows proof that they aren?t wrong. - Our lead producer once set up a meeting for our team to explain why our paychecks were coming late and that our executive is much too busy to be able to keep up with paying us on time and for all of us to be patient with his schedule. - Extremely high turnover. Everyone quits or gets fired every couple of months.
