Poor management, terrible culture Management is horribly unorganized across the board. This is partly because they are too cheap to hire anyone above entry level. They rather promote unqualified internal employees than pay market wages to someone with actual experience and skills. They have a history of making arbitrary rules and changes but fail to communicate any of this to employees. They brag about having a wonderful culture that would better be described as toxic. Company has does not care to retain, cultivate or reward top employees.
