Poorly managed company On a weekly basis you see the owners (husband & wife) fighting with each other. Actively yelling and calling each other names in front of the whole staff. The woman can be specially disrespectful towards her own husband, as well as rude and condescending towards the employees. - They have a "sales sheet" for their services and they constantly under-charge clients and over-work the staff - main reason client's goals aren't met. - They focus on only creating visually appealing content completely ignoring how to actually bring business to the clients - 6 months later when clients realize this and want to cancel, is everyone's fault except the owner's. - They have little to none management experience. Probably the main reason they lost over half of their staff in the span of 3 weeks. - The owner has amazing selling skills but lacks the proper way to communicate with his own employees. - Bad compensation and no benefits. - Overall, this environment is negative and downright frustrating. You'll quickly realize this ship is sinking.
