Rehab Tech When you first get hired they all tell you it?s a great place to work when hired as a Rehab Technician, but they don?t tell that you are the CNA, the Cook, Janitors, Maintenance man, Transportation Driver, Laundry Aide, and a Recreation Therapist too at the pay rate of $13.00 hr. The other employee Rehab Tech are rude they bully and harass the temporary agency who come to fill in. This company can?t keep staff. They hired a cook but all she do is prepare food for the Rehab Tech Staff to cook all meals. The job is very very stressful because you have so many jobs titles to do under one job title and the turnover rate is always high.
