I started off ambitious like all my Jobs, but quickly learned it was all for nothing. -The company split into smaller companies to avoid paying insurance. Greed at its worst. It end up hurting the quality of work. - You start feeling like you're sacrificing your self respect to work here. The accountant will argue with you for pennies. - Have one of the worst vacation policies I've ever seen in my professional career. - I worked as a plumber became a foreman. Every year I was told good job. Here's a raise thank you for your hard work. This will not happen here. I took this job to help my brother. I did not last with this company very long. I was a safety and would rather work digging ditches all day then work here again.
