Sales Managers Clueless Sales managers have no clue what they're doing. Some were promoted because of how long they've been there not because they're qualified. This whole company is an HR nightmare, they force religion on people even though they say they don't. Their relationship with their partners could use some help. They always think they know what's better for the customer and really fall behind their competitors in many areas. They make people go through a literal mental "boot camp" and some people are fired right there on the spot after wasting days in their interviews and jumping through hoops. Everyone I knew was trying to leave or has left already. They churn through managers like crazy. "Cultural Fit" is a big thing here, that's usually how they get rid of people. It's their way of worming out of real explanation. They changed commission a ton of times while I was there, there is no dispute process and you have to take what you make for face value, even if your records don't match what they're saying. There are a lot of favorites, it's pretty evident. Some people get taken to task over menial things, others are given miles of rope with no accountability.
