Sinking ship with too much back stabbing and crying For 6 months I had no direct manager and in my role of SE you wear so many hats it?s almost impossible to succeed especially when you are responsible for job duties you may or may not have experience with and forget about any training. The entire management team from the so called CEO down has no integrity and if you question ANYTHING WHATSOEVER prepared to be labeled a trouble maker and expect more cattiness than high school girls. Absolutely nothing at this company is going to be worth the stress and hell they will put you through and if concerns are raised they will smile in your face and run and tell whoever they can to make sure your time there is absolutely miserable. I am beyond surprised they can even keep the lights on as there isn?t one ounce of teamwork and more time is spent trying to pawn work on others and deflect blame. Worse place I?ve ever worked and wanted to leave the second I walked in the door.
