Smoke and mirrors Chris and Jason are still very wet behind the ears and therefore don't really know the direction they'd like to go in. Many ideas are reacted to without fully thinking them through. Pretty major growing pains, processes that just aren't there or leave too much to be desired. Beware "the dots" (personality testing). After this was implemented people started dropping like flies due to not fitting personality profiles for their current jobs. People that had been in their positions for some time were being let go and replaced. Hypocrisy on social media and to the media in general. Many of the self quotations (yes, they frequently quote themselves) they throw around about business theories/philosophies/practices are not actually being implemented here. The sheer number of meetings is absolutely mind boggling, especially considering they have historically preached about the amount of time removing one meeting from your week can save you. It's bordering on having meetings about meetings.
