Standard Homeo-PATHETIC A very abusive environment, both verbally and mentally!! No training provided but one is expected to read minds and know everything. I was constantly set up to fail and at times my so-called supervisor would give me a task but not provide all the information needed. Was thrown under the bus numerous times because of mistakes she made. It was so bad that other employees would find me to make sure I was ok. They all witnessed the abuse and were victims themselves. The job description given to me was NOT at all in line with what they actually wanted. I worked in a department that had exposure to many financial doings and I can tell you that for a company who can't pay their bills or their employees what they are worth, they were giving out significant amount of bonuses on a weekly and bi-weekly basis to upper management. The company is very old as is their process to move forward into the 21st century. A lot of backstabbing, lying and incompetent management at all levels. HR is a joke - not a safe place to file a grievance and a staff that has no clue what HR really is. Put the 'HUMAN' back in Human Resources.
