Stay away from Thrive Causemetics Out of touch management - Fear-based culture - They promote mental health and great work-life balance but in reality, they don't care and the in-house therapist is unprofessional/snitches on people - Nepotism is a BIG problem here - CEO is M.I.A most of the time - Conflated titles without experience to back it up - Really unprofessional and very disorganized - No real plan of execution. Most decisions are based on emotion and no strategy.
