LOTS! Pay is low-to-average, but the company is extremely stingy and will take advantage of employees where they think they can get away with it. Lots of HR issues with no real HR department to resolve them. Biggest problem is owners / management. They don't have clear goals, and they absolutely don't have a plan for getting there. Priorities are constantly changing with no explanation, and workload is way beyond what's reasonable for a normal work week. When people quit (which they often due - turnover is through the roof), they're rarely replaced. Instead responsibilities get put on the remaining employees without any change in pay or title. The two owners don't communicate between themselves, so they're regularly giving out directions that contradict each other. Fragile egos and an authority complex make it difficult to give meaningful feedback.
