Leaders and middle managers follow the leader like a cult because they are constantly scared of losing their job to a CEO who is clearly over his head. BEWARE: The marketing portrays a company culture that looks great but it could not be further from the truth. Overworked and under-appreciated employees is the name of the game here. There is always a new shining star that the leaders gloat over until they find a new one and discard the old one like a rag doll.
