Stay Away management is unqualified, "I don't have time" is spoken more than once a week by supervisors, everyone is looking to throw people under the bus to save their own jobs. this company was bought by a british company over a year ago and now everyone in the UK is just waiting for Berliner to fail so they can sell to the highest bidder. Moral is low, work demands are high, employees are not trained properly to get the job done right and then are reprimanded for not doing a good job. Management constantly hires people with no experience and expects supervisors to train from scratch during high peak times of production.
