Sucks the life out of you Turnover is insane?we hired 3 new managers at once and multiple admin at once-who in the 3 months they?ve been here are already on their way out (that should be a huge redflag to you all). Everything is disorganized, communication is non existent, and the CEO is a tyrant. She overworks the managers and they have no time to even check in with their employees, she never has praise to give, she refuses to give raises, and she?s cheaper than anyone I know. Everyone is severely underpaid and overworked. Clinics are run down and unsanitary. She can?t stick to her word and she doesn?t stand by it either?she makes unpopular decisions and makes managers give the bad news, then when employees complain, she acts sympathetic and tells them to voice their concerns back to the managers. Oh yeah, and the company has been on the verge of going under for a while now?they can?t even do direct deposit because they can?t afford to pay out everyone at once. Yet we have enough money to fund CEO?s free massages every 3 days. A sinking ship!!
