Terrible CEO, Terrible Management, Terrible Company It is surprising that more people have not written reviews about this company, because my time there was terrible. The head of the company is a bully, and he talks a big game but never follows through with what he says. He thinks he is a great creative person but I did not understand most of the things he said. The CEO has an inner circle, and he only listens to them. If one of those people doesn't like you, then you are fired. There is no human resources to go to when you have problems. This is a big problem. People cry all the time in the office. It is not a fun atmosphere to be in when left and right you see co-workers crying because the boss is being a jerk. The people who run this place have huge egos and think their work is the best. Because of this they are stubborn and harass the younger employees. Hardly anyone stays there for more than 1 year. If you do manage to stay there for 1 year without being fired, it is luck that you have blended in. I have been employed at multiple companies and this is the most stressful environment I have ever been in. They flaunt getting to leave work at 6:30 but for the junior designers, this is not true. Also you are braindead by 6:30 after all the stress the Art Directors have put you through ( 2 very pretentious men who don't like working with women).
