Terrible CEO Inexperienced management, terrible communication, CEO fights with customers and employees on social media and good luck getting paid on time, you have to follow up constantly. The main problem is the CEO creates problematic posts online, stirs up drama and reacts to drama like a child having a tantrum. She even created a private fb group to drag her ex friends and ex employees in the mud. LB complains about being bullied, brags about being autistic, aspie, etc, but has not been diagnosed or treated. Employee turn over rate is high, and most of us were stressed to the max, under appreciated, and overworked. Oh, and multiple lawsuits for no paying factories, businesses and employees, all public info just google.
