Terrible Place to Work - Stay Away!! Unprofessional and incompetent Senior Management. Unhealthy, unclean and dangerous work environment - tobacco smoke, dirt, dust, cockroaches, and ants inside the office and warehouse with no air conditioning inside the warehouse because Senior Management refuses to install a system. (It can get very hot in Miami) Work is repetitive and unrewarding. Be prepared for serious micromanaging from people who don't know what they're doing. Be prepared for all original ideas to be shot down. Only ideas thought of by Senior Management will be allowed. Be prepared to do work for ideas Senior Management comes up with, only for Senior Management to never follow through with next steps. Be prepared to be spoken down to. Be prepared for no benefits and a very low wage.
